Guy Cleveland: Co-chair

Guy Cleveland, a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin with a BS in Geology and graduate studies in Groundwater Hydrology, transitioned from his early career as a geologist in Texas to become a principal at Razor Consulting, an outsourced business development resource in New York City (NYC). Since his move to NYC in 1998, Guy has excelled in business development, particularly in the environmental and construction real estate industries. Notably, he played a key role in establishing a design engineering firm's Denver and Austin’s office and has been an active leader in professional organizations such as International Business Development Professionals, CoreNet, IFMA, NAIOP, SMPS, Greater New York Construction Council, and the New York Building Congress. Beyond his professional achievements, Guy dedicated nine years to the Board of Directors for Boys Town New York, serving as Chairman for two years and most recently serving his 4th year on the board with NYC Children of Promise. His extensive network and relationship-building skills make him an asset for companies establishing and expanding their presence in the competitive NYC market.

Jack Osborn: Co-chair

John E. ("Jack") Osborn, the Managing Partner of Osborn, founded the 7-lawyer firm in 1992, specializing in complex construction, environmental, real estate law, and litigation. Osborn's clientele spans various sectors, including hotels, educational institutions, healthcare, not-for-profit organizations, developers, architects, and specialty contractors. With over 30 years of experience, Osborn is recognized for his expertise in litigating intricate commercial disputes related to construction, real estate, corporate, and environmental issues. He has successfully handled multi-million dollar construction cases and represented owners in multi-hundred million dollar projects, establishing himself as a premier strategist and problem solver in New York State. In addition to his private practice, Osborn served as Deputy General Counsel to New York City Comptroller Harrison J. Goldin, providing counsel on legislation, municipal finance, and New York City Charter and Administrative Code matters. His diverse legal background includes roles as an associate and partner in various law firms, showcasing his extensive experience in advising companies on business, government relations, and commercial matters.

Tracy J, Passarella: Vice Chair and Co-chair of Membership

Tracy J. is a New York city-based licensed superintendent turned Senior Project Manager. With 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, she currently works for Gilbane Building Company and is an active member of Gilbane’s PRIDE Employee Resource Group.

Tracy J. also serves on the Board of Directors for Build Out Alliance. Build Out Alliance supports and advocates for the LGBTQ+ community within the design and build industry. She also serves as co-chair for the Special Events of Build Out Alliance and is on the Community Building Committee, which promotes community engagement by hosting social events and volunteer opportunities. Her goal in her work with Gilbane’s PRIDE ERG and Build Out Alliance is to help business leadership understand the advantage of creating an environment where employees feel safe and respected in the workplace.

Recognized as one of Crains NY Business- Notable LGBTQIA + Leaders, Tracy J. has the pleasure of speaking on the importance of LGBTQ+ inclusion in the construction industry at various venues. Recently she has joined the LGBT CUNY Advisory Councill to mentor future industry leaders.

Lastly, as GREG’s vice-chair, she most recently won the Jack Osborn Award for her commitment and promotion of values and inclusivity of the organization.

Jordan Girard: Co-chair of Membership

Jordan founded WhiteRock, a real estate Software as a Service (SaaS) and investment platform specializing in bad debt. He started his career in real estate private equity at Churchill Real Estate Holdings, a $10B debt fund. When he's not working, he loves spending time with his husband, their cat, and flying helicopters. Jordan is a graduate of Columbia University and Harvard University.

Ryan Dell: Directory Chair

Ryan Dell, a Villanova University graduate, serves as an associate in EY's Strategy and Transactions service-line, specializing in real estate valuations, transaction advisory, buy-side due diligence, and portfolio management. His expertise extends to advising financial institutions on multi-billion-dollar transactions, providing insights into real estate debt and equity valuations, as well as assessing portfolio lending risks and exposures. In addition to his financial role, Dell plays a pivotal part in EY's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiative. Beyond the corporate sphere, he contributes to social impact by sitting on the Junior Board of Directors (labeled genLOVE) for God's Love We Deliver, a non-profit headquartered in Manhattan's Soho neighborhood focused on delivering medically-tailored meals to those dealing with severe and terminal illnesses.

Danny Lux: Treasurer

Daniel Lux is the current Treasurer of GREG. He previously served as the Co-Chair of GREG from approximately 2007 until 2012, when Jack and Guy took over running GREG.  Danny agreed to stay on and serve as Treasurer.

Danny graduated from Emory University, then NYU School of Law, and worked as a real estate associate at Rosenman & Colin (now known as Katten Muchin Rosenman). He moved to an in-house general counsel position at the Travelers/Smith Barney/Shearson family of companies for a number of years. He later earned a Masters in Real Estate from NYU and currently works with his family real estate company, where they own and manage a small portfolio of mixed use properties, including multi-family apartments, retail and office.

Danny and his husband Chuck live in New York City and recently purchased a small country house in Connecticut, so they are enjoying time outside of the City, and he is currently addicted to playing pickleball.

Craig Beck: Admin Director

Craig Beck hails from a rural Missouri farm town and made the move to NYC in 2004. Has worked in many fields since moving to NYC including law firm administrative work, entertainment manager, and actor. He has worked for John E. Osborn PC since 2017 as the Office Manager for owner John (Jack) Osborn who is the Co-Chair for GREG. Jack got Craig involved in helping organize events and doing other administrative tasks for the group, often called “the glue” for the group by Co-Chair Guy Cleveland.
